The Community Outdoor Series is sponsoring a snowshoeing event this Saturday, November 9th from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (approximately).
Beginners and experts alike from the Cedar City area are invited to participate in the event. Students may meet at the SUU Outdoor Center for carpooling, and then will drive to Cedar Breaks.
Participants will snowshoe about a mile to the Yurt, where there will be hot chocolate and free snowshoeing activities and demonstrations. This event is free, and no previous experience is necessary, but space is limited to only 18 people. You can sign up online at by clicking here.
